Total refurbishment of a listed farmhouse
in Rock, North Cornwall

An amazing, old, large and listed Farmhouse just in land from the North Cornish seaside towns of Rock and Polzeath, nestles in a quiet valley. In desperate need of a total refurbishment is was stripped back to the bare bones and rebuilt from scratch – all the essentials of a new roof, sustainable heating system, new electrics and plumbing were installed throughout. The three existing chimneys were made safe and relined; they now house three cosy contemporary wood-burning stoves. Each bedroom area was re-designed to incorporate a luxury ensuite bathroom and a wonderful hand painted country kitchen was installed on the ground floor. Beautifully furnished to a high standard, well deserving of this wonderful holiday home.
