A 5-Star holiday let, styled with a relaxed Cornish vibe and stunning sea views

I first visited this property on a very cold, rather damp, dull day in January and I have to admit – it looked pretty sad. But….the view from the deck out to sea was amazing and I knew we just had to work some magic inside and this could easily become a very successful holiday let for my client.

We re-jigged the back half of the cabin to create three cosy, but perfectly formed bedrooms – two with sumptuous new king size beds and one with painted bunk beds, making this a perfect combination of spaces to suit all generations. Softly decorated and finished, these are bedrooms to relax in and enjoy a good night’s sleep.

  • The layout at the front half of the cabin was also rearranged to make a long open-plan living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs; a dining table for six and a smart brand new deep teal kitchen all of which enjoy the views of the sea. A wood-burning stove was installed for those chilly nights and winter lets.

    The welcoming hall area has plenty of storage, but also a quiet little desk space for those essential email moments and finally, in a small corner, we created the ever useful utility space with all of life’s essentials and which also includes room for any visiting four legged friends.

    Finally, after hours and hours and hours of online shopping, every single household item was purchased and installed by us – right down to the last teaspoon and boxes of matches. Every last detailed was considered and nothing was overlooked, which makes this property stand out from the crowd.
